Welcome to Rushcliffe Volunteer Centre!

We are a busy Volunteer Centre, enthusiastic about the work of volunteers and committed to promoting and developing volunteering in Rushcliffe. Last year we had contact with over 900 potential volunteers, helping many to successfully find suitable placements.

Rushcliffe Volunteer Centre is based at our Bridgford House offices on Level 3a, Bridgford House, Pavilion and is managed by Rushcliffe Community and Voluntary Service. We are open 4 days a week, Tuesday to Friday from 10.00am - 3.00pm. Helen Baron is our Volunteer Organiser; you can contact her by email or by calling 0115 9699060 ext 101

Rushcliffe Volunteer Centre has 6 core functions:

To match people who want to volunteer with organisations needing volunteers
To promote volunteering to all sectors of the community
To support and promote good practice in the involvement of volunteers
To develop new opportunities to volunteer
To comment and campaign on issues which affect volunteers or volunteering
To play an active role in the strategic development of volunteering
