Nottinghamshire County CRB Checking Service is a registered umbrella body with the Criminal Records Bureau and offers a comprehensive CRB checking service to organisations throughout Nottinghamshire for paid workers and volunteers. They can offer advice on whether your organisation needs CRB checks and what level checks are needed. They can also offer support and training on the process and assistance in completing CRB forms.

Only a small administration fee is charged to cover the cost of processing the forms and the support given to groups. The costs are as follows:

Not for profit/Charities

Volunteers £10, Standard £36, Enhanced £54

Private/Statutory

Volunteers £20, Standard £46, Enhanced £64

Please note: Groups that are funded by Nottinghamshire County Council can get CRB checks done free of charge
