Half day basic awareness, training seminar. The training is open to members of the public and those whose work is likely to bring them into contact with people who are vulnerable to suicide or self harm.

The training will cover:

• The myths about and attitudes to suicide
• Facts - what we need to know
• Risk factors and warning signs
• How to help appropriately
