Health Development Worker 

 

Sue has worked for Rushcliffe CVS since July 1999 as a Health Development Worker. She works with NHS County and Principia Health staff to support and promote the Patient and Public Involvement work in Rushcliffe. A large part of her role is working with members of the public who have shown an interest in becoming involved in the health agenda. She is responsible for facilitating the Rushcliffe Diabetes Forum and Rushcliffe 50+ Forum Health Sub Group and supports the Principia Rushcliffe Health Network and Rushcliffe Cancer Forum meetings. Sue has helped various groups with information/funding advice to enable health events to take place in Rushcliffe and is happy to help any group who would like to improve the health and well being of there group. Sue works 15hours a week Tuesday - Thursday and is currently based at Rushcliffe Civic Centre.
