Susan has worked for Rushcliffe CVS since October 2007.  Susan works on a part-time basis from Mondays-Thursdays, and is based at Cotgrave Children's Centre.  She takes responsibility for consulting users at the Centre, and the wider community, on aspects of activities, courses and new initiatives run through the Centre, which she then promotes to community organisations. She also organises the Parents' Forum in order to support parents to contribute and influence the delivery plan.  Other strands to the role include managing volunteers within the Centre, supporting parents who would like to return to work and/or further education, and organising courses with South Notts College as requested by parents.
